UPDATE 10/12/26:

My brother and I are driving 8 hrs back to ND from the MT POE with Bill’s car and a company car from my work. Yesterday, Bill was transferred to ICE custody and sent to Seattle. He was first taken to a doctor in Sweet Grass, MT and given his meds. That’s all we know for now. His car must be taken back to Canada by 7th Nov. Even if he is granted asylum, it must then somehow be reimported to the USA, per Officer Bauman.

POST 10/9/26:
Mr. Bill Whatcott is being prosecuted in Canada for expressing religious liberty, they want to incarcerate him in a double jeopardy case, he was involved in ten years ago, he was acquitted and re-trialed 10 years after the incident, this time found guilty and facing years in Canadian prison, he came into the USA legally seeking asylum, currently being represented by Pacific Justice Institute, being held currently in Seattle, WA at an I.C.E. detention center.

Please do not release Bill into Canadian custody, allow the asylum process to take place, without hastily deporting him, back to Canadian prison.
