I Was in San Francisco at the 9th District Court of Appeals with two others. There is an overwhelming darkness. Around the streets were homelessness, addictions, drugs, facies, needles, etc., which is heart-wrenching.
Read God’s PSALMS prayer aloud, and stones with scripture are placed in above-ground planters. Jerico walk. Read out loud declarations and specific targets. Afterward, when the other two left. I walked and prayed, observed and helped one homeless “Wayne,” and fed him.
